Founding Team
Magnus Gautestad, co-founder (Vienna), is a visionary, blending the arts, entertainment, church life and entrepreneurship to promote a revival of beauty, and along with it goodness and truth, in Western culture. As a serial entrepreneur with 10+ years of experience, founding a music school in Norway (Kristiansand Gitartimer) and a language school online (Norwegian Speaking Lessons), he brings rich experience of leadership, problem solving, and creativity to the table.
When not running Beauty and the Faith as a partner, Mr. Gautestad is the CEO and Principal of Composers for Beauty, a podcaster, and a classical composer.

Brad Johnson, co-founder (Clarksville, TN), is a 2X best-selling author with 1,400,000+ content views, merging creativity with business and contributing his extensive experience in writing, music, marketing, and online content creation.
Mr. Johnson also brings his strengths in administrative management to the table, ensuring organized stability and clarity of delegation through each developing stage of BATF. With a passion for helping people grow, as evidenced in his other business as a men’s dating coach, he serves a critical role in team building and company culture.
Brad Johnson also has experience leading B2B SaaS marketing campaigns with some of the biggest tech brands in the United States and the UK, driving over $1,500,000 in pipeline CMRR through his leadership.
Staff
Connor Neville, advisor (TN), is a confessionally-reformed churchman, husband, father, and missional entrepreneur. Mr. Neville is a licensed landscape architect (RLA), and practices his craft through Ekklesia Design, a master planning & land development firm based out of middle Tennessee, USA. While not working as a landscape architect, Mr. Neville produces artful cartography and conducts geospatial analysis through Dominion Maps.
As a consultant for BATF, Mr. Neville contributes by identifying ways to strategically apply the BATF vision into buildable realities within local communities. Services such as entitlement coordination, development planning, construction administration, and site design are some of his specializations. Connor views the Church Square Renewal Center as an integral, cultural engine by which local places can be redeemed with beauty, goodness, and truth. Mr. Neville’s skills and background in design, form, spatial planning, as well as business networking/strategy all coalesce to add value to the BATF team’s pursuit of creating beautiful places for human flourishing and the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom.


Pablo Álvarez Funes is a Spanish-born, London-based, registered Architecture Review Board (ARB) and chartered Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) architect and interior designer with over 15 years of experience in classical and traditional architecture and urban design. Pablo began his multinational career studying in Seville and Madrid where he developed a deep knowledge of architectural history and precedents for its application on new, timeless projects and designs.
His interests in traditional Spanish, English, Scottish, Mediterranean, and Islamic architecture and construction underpin his passion for designing and managing complex classical and traditional projects in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Pablo’s interest in classical and traditional architecture is also reflected in articles, lectures, classes, and collaboration with Architecture Summer Schools in Europe.
As an advisor for Beauty and the Faith Holdings, Mr. Álvarez Funes offers his knowledge and experience to bring visions to life. His background in high-end architecture and urban planning, and good eye on classical architecture and the different beautiful local traditions of architecture, ensure that Beauty and the Faith offers beautiful and feasible design intent proposals for upcoming projects.
Alexander Rotmensz is a dedicated media and culture expert with a strong foundation in Film & Digital Media, graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and holding a minor in Anthropology. His academic and experiential background has been enriched by international exposure, including a semester at Kings College London, where he deepened his understanding of global cultural narratives. This commitment to exploring history, philosophy, and cultural identity informs his work and aligns seamlessly with Beauty and the Faith’s mission of intertwining classical design and traditional values to revitalize communities.
Alexander’s professional journey includes a successful YouTube channel with over 11,000 subscribers and more than 1 million views, where he delves into architecture and urban design. His content celebrates the timeless beauty of urban spaces, advocating for design that enriches community life and preserves cultural heritage. This passion extends to his role as an advisor at Beauty and the Faith, where he leverages his expertise to support projects that emphasize classical aesthetics, cultural renewal, and the meaningful integration of art and faith into modern spaces.
